Check to see if your ISP offers IMAP for their email servers.  Unlike the
POP3 protocol, IMAP stores the mail messages on the server.  That way you
can access your email from multiple computers (or a tech support team can
share the same email address) and you'll know which emails have been read or
replied to.

Can anyone offer their suggestions. I'm working with Windows computers, so
keep that in mind for any responses.

 

I need a very solid, fail safe system so that my Outlook email is mirrored
exactly on my laptop which I used for the road and business trips, and a
desktop in my home office.

 

Does anyone have a solution that they use that they're happy with?

 

I'd like to be able to use my desktop when I'm at home, and laptop on the
road, and have those computers basically mirror images in terms of all of my
emails - I can check old emails from my laptop, etc.
