Hi Folks, I am going through a prodigous amount of growing pain in trying to get my first marketing campaign out the door. Desiring a cost effective (read "cheap") solution, I determined that it would be best to use the Bulk Mail rate from the USPS. So I have a Bulk Mail Permit. I have a Business Reply Mail account (for cheaper responses). I have a cleaned list of highly qualified leads (236 of them, just above the 200 minimum needed for Standard Mail). I would like to take advantage of the lowest possible rate. To do so, I need to print onto my envelopes the addresses with Zip+4 (from a verified CASS compliant address verifier) with a barcode imprinted as well. In addition, there needs to be either metered postage (with my Permit number) or precancelled stamps or Indica postage affixed as well. Plus, I want to do this myself -- have I mentioned "cheap" -- rather than pay a mailing house (one of which I have not been able to find that will handle my low volume). Stamps.com will verify the addresses and print the barcode, but it can't print just the addresses without postage and can't print the right postage that takes advantage of my bulk rate permit. Other commercial address printing software is thousands of dollars. Mailing houses won't talk the job because it is too small. Does anyone have any ideas that might help?
