[Hidden-tech] What to charge for conference call

It really depends on the circumstances. If you have set up a fixed rate, 
then to me, it's part of the cost of doing business, but if you have a 
contract, then it should be covered under expenses.

If this is someone you hope to do business with in the future, you have 
to ask yourself if it's worth $42 to possibly alienate a potential client.
