if it is the phone and not the headset you can look for a cordless phone that has a button to change channels. you can also have your tech try playing with the preferred channel in the wireless networking setup. some have the option to change the preferred channel and some don't. i've had this problem before and i have my channel set for something other than our primary cordless but if you have a neighbor two houses away it can still happen when they use their phone! this is a real problem that i wonder if any of the engineers who designed this stuff ever took into account? matthew
