[Hidden-tech] Problems with Comcast connection

Thanks Joe and all the others who responded. I still have one free 
month with Verizon so can still consider Crocker for DSL if the price 
is right. From others who responded privately, I've heard that Crocker 
DSL is a bit more reliable than Verizon and reaching a real person when 
things go wrong is easier.

I have an email out to Sales at Crocker now...
