[Hidden-tech] Looking for a place...

Hello Hidden Tech!

Perhaps the network can help  me find a new place for me and my home 
business. I live near the Junior High School <technically "Regional Middle 
School"> in Amherst and need to relocate in the next month or so.

Since most of the really charming, interesting and inexpensive living 
spaces never make it to the listings or ads, I'm hoping the Hidden 
Technites can help me find something that will work.

I'm looking for a rental (as inexpensive a possible while still being 
somewhat gracious) with a fairly large and open space that can be used as 
an office and sitting-living-dining room area plus two bedrooms (small 
bedrooms are fine,) kitchen and bath.

If one bedroom is large enough to be an office and the living-dining room 
is big enough to use like a studio apartment... that is workable too. Still 
need one additional small bedroom... two bedrooms in all.

Must have access to broadband (cable or DSL.) Storage area and a place for 
a work bench would be a real help. My vision includes a fireplace and 
views... but those are far from necessities. Doesn't hurt to dream big 
dreams though. <ggl>

Finding a place close to my present location would be ideal, but anywhere 
within easy access of downtown Amherst area can work... surrounding towns 
are fine. Relatively quiet with great people and parking are also on the list.
