Thanks to all programmers who posted great information.

I will tally and present to Rich Roth, our Web master, who's developing the 
survey.

He will have to determine whether building something that has about 100 
listings for one category makes any sense, or whether we'll list five to 10 
specialities and collect others under an OTHER section. But your input was 
invaluable.
