Great idea. 

>From my connection into the Institute of Electronics and Electircal 
Engineers (IEEE) consultants' networks I get lots of business...even some 
this year!

These networks consists of networking groups (sound familiar?), and a web 
page that lists what everybody does.

Typical "dues" for this is $75 or so /year.

So, why don't we list everybody in a searchable web page, and charge some 
dues to help pay for it all.
