TutorialsPoint <https://www.tutorialspoint.com/wordpress/index.htm> is also
a good resource for a beginner WP developer.

WP is still the king of CMS despite any complaints and there are plenty of
no-code options such as WordPress.com <https://wordpress.com/> (from the
makers of WordPress) or BlueHost
<https://www.bluehost.com/wordpress/wordpress-hosting>.
