The good thing about WordPress is that there are allot of videos, self help, consultants out there so finding support is relatively easy. They could look at linda.com that is now owned by LinkedIn, there are classes on there.

I have a client who is attempting to decide on a tool to build a new website. Someone recommended Wordpress. I remember lots of people complaining about this tool.
