A year ago or so, to avoid $100+/mo. for two lines, we considered Comcast, but couldn't bring both phones (as best I recall). Wound up with Twigby, which uses the Verizon network at a discounted rate. Two separate plans with 4 GB data each at $24-ish each. Never had any access issues (as in: bargain customers get 2nd-tier access). Some interesting features such as for international calling (to or from). And quick customer service via keyboard chat.
