[Hidden-tech] Need help transferring data from old laptop to new

Hi All,
Someone askedme if I could help her load her new computer. Both are Lenovo ThinkPads runningWindows 10. (I'm a Mac guy, so no help here.) There are dead keys on her oldone, preventing her from entering her password to MS. She was happy with herold computer and said she doesn't need Windows 11. For any potential hands-on helpersout there, she's in Hadley.

Specs ifhelpful (via Amazon): Lenovo 2019 Latest S130-14 Laptop PC Intel Celeron N4000 1.1Ghz (Up to2.6 Ghz), 4GB, 64GB eMMC SSD, 14.0" (1366x768) HD Display Windows 10
