On glorious vacation day, so quickly: thanks for feedback and keep it coming. I'll be back Tuesday.

One remark now though: good books could be written on many each of several sub-topics about the viability of LLM models, and ultimately a venture like I imagine would consist of those whose R&D moves them towards the idea. Most efficient vote by the rest is walking away. That said, I seek salient critiques. For example, that critique regarding financial constraints curtailing availability and function is indeed a paramount concern some say is already starting.

Best Regards,

SO I can't be more specific for usual NDA reasons however I am
aware of a number of LLM/Search projects
that I have more detailed inside information on, which as the
business model becomes clearer I might be able to add more
details - those are issues that are being explore as we speak.

Something to keep in mind when pushing this:

None of the LLM systems are currently profitable, and are
being kept cheap by injections of private equity.   There is a
danger that should be brought up that access to these systems
could be curtailed at some point by price point or industry
shake-up, or become problematic as their use is subsidized by
selling the data/schema that are used in them, if they are not
        kept within an organization . . .

Hi All,

For several months my firm has been studying https://www.2disc.com/blog/can-ai-replace-upper-management-lines-in-the-sand/, like ChatGPT, and integrating it throughout our operations. In the process, it occurred to me how our region could counteract the inevitable decrease in paid labor which LLM’s will cause.

I imagine that some kind of LLM association could pool talents to create profession-specific “https://openai.com/index/introducing-gpts/” (or the like with other LLMs). Each profession, like law, accounting, even kinds of retail service and stores, could have a committee to make their GPT based on a master schema established by the overall association. Using such tools, and saying so in marketing communications, could increase the total amount of business per profession. I’m conferring with State employment agencies about this, and Chambers of Commerce are also candidates for advancing such associations. There’s much more I can detail about this, but for now I’m just floating the idea for feedback. I’m leaving on vacation through Monday, after which I’ll eagerly join any conversation that ensues here.

Best
                            Regards,

Rob
