I've been contacted by Jim Burnham who runs fcburnpermits.com 
<http://fcburnpermits.com/> which is a burn permitting website for 
Franklin County towns and fire depts.

He called me asking if I can help him with fixing some bugs on the site. 
It's written in PHP, which I'm not an expert in. There's a database 
behind the site and I'm guessing online forms.
