I belive tech support is one of the services Village Neighbors seeks to 
provide.
 
I know that the Wendell Free Library offers a "Tech Assistance" hour Tuesday 
evenings from 6-7pm (call ahead to make an appointment).  Not specificly for 
older people, but that is the likely demographic making use of this service.
