I have all my domains with Google now and am very happy with them. Everything is up front and they don't jack up the price following the first (teaser) year or try to upsell you additional services. When I transferred some domains from GoDaddy a few years ago, Google made it easy with very clear step-by-step instructions. Don't know about how they might handle support questions that require a human being because I've never needed it from them.
