[Hidden-tech] Recommendations Needed

Does anyone know someone who can both clean ducts and look for something in the duct work? My tenant keeps saying there is the noise of something hitting the intake fan. We had the furnace serviced and someone out to look at it and the furnace itself is fine so the issue is in the ductwork.

 

I also need someone to reconfigure some gutters so they don’t dump water in front of my tenant’s house.
