[Hidden-tech] Domain Broker

Hi folks,

So, this thread is 4+ years old, but I would like to know the newest way to
buy a domain from someone who currently owns it, but does not seem to be
using it at all.

Are Domain Name Brokers the best way to go? GoDaddy, for example, charges
$69.99, for their services, which is non-refundable even if they don't
secure the domain.
