[Hidden-tech] Tweet posting service

Hi everyone,

The tweet posting service I've been using for many years now (Social Oomph) is unusable because it requires some sort of registration with Twitter that requires - I am not kidding - about 50 steps to complete.  

Is there another tweet posting service where you can pre-schedule tweets that people can recommend?
