Sorry - I missed this in the discussion

All the other comments are right EXCEPT the variable fbclid should 
probably be dropped
That is a standard variable added on clicks coming from Facebook and not 
even sure why it's there, unless your example actually
came from FB -- so the end URL would be:

https://secure.actblue.com/entity/fundraisers/81146?utm_source=JAJJ&utm_medium=web&utm_campaign=woohoo

Note also - some reference URL use the code after the # as the reference 
code.
That is normally used to position the new page further into the content.

Using bit.ly is not a back idea -- I have used my own web sites with 
forwarding code for that purpose - it works because I have a
number of short domain names - like rzig.com -- you can get WP plugins 
that make it easy and provide tracking info also.
