[Hidden-tech] Anyone with experience recovering an account from Dream host ??

how ?? I don't see any option as to how to get past the chatbot - there 
is no 'do any of these ' option.

I've got that FAQ about deceased customer - the problem is that the 
deceased person is the site developer
AND we are now under a deadline to get the domain renewed -- recovering 
the full web site comes after.

I've been trying to just get info as to getting the renewal going and 
take it from there -- I'll email you directly
