To succeed in this role, you should have a collaborative mindset mixed in with creativity and analytical thinking. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to define the product requirements and execute the development and delivery of the solutions. The Solution Analyst will become an expert in the process of defining, analyzing, and documenting requirements, and will work closely with the Solution Manager and our engineering team to drive the product to fruition. *Job Responsibilities:* - Develop a detailed understanding of the product development and go-to-market process for products and work across business lines to drive success within each segment of our business. - Serve as voice of the client in decisions made regarding future solution features. - Work with engineering team to deliver features from detailed requirements and prototypes. - Work with third party vendors to define interfaces; coordinate the resolution of client issues related to interfaces with vendor offerings. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines. - Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization and adhere to agile development principles. - Responsible for shaping solutions area strategy with minimal support from Solution Manager.
