WellSky is seeking a truly exceptional, driven, and creative Solutions
Analyst to support the definition, delivery, and success for our Advisory
and Outsourced Services team. To succeed in this role, you should have a
collaborative mindset mixed in with creativity and analytical thinking. You
will work with internal and external stakeholders to define the product
requirements and execute the development and delivery of the solutions. The
Solution Analyst will become an expert in the process of defining,
analyzing, and documenting requirements, and will work closely with the
Solution Manager and our engineering team to drive the product to fruition.

*Job Responsibilities:*

   - Develop a detailed understanding of the product development and
   go-to-market process for products and work across business lines to drive
   success within each segment of our business.
   - Serve as voice of the client in decisions made regarding future
   solution features.
   - Work with engineering team to deliver features from detailed
   requirements and prototypes.
   - Work with third party vendors to define interfaces; coordinate the
   resolution of client issues related to interfaces with vendor offerings.
   - Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and
   external parties, while meeting tight deadlines.
   - Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team,
   collaborate and track prioritization and adhere to agile development
   principles.
   - Responsible for shaping solutions area strategy with minimal support
   from Solution Manager. Brings forward well-vetted proposals for roadmap
   changes, with justification for the business value and trade-offs.
   - Understand the client need and develop strategies for solution
   adoption within defined area, market, or venue.
   - Effectively lead stakeholders to arrive at consensus for user
   stories/projects.
   - Demonstrate and effectively articulate current and emerging solution
   features and functionality to internal and external stakeholders.
   - Conduct analyses of product features, including user behavior
   analysis, A/B testing, segmentation/funnel studies, product-success metrics
   development, KPI’s, and other product performance metrics and make
   recommendations as a result of findings.



*Job Competencies:*

   - Experience with Agile Scrum and Kanban development methodology and
   practices.
   - Experience with Software as Service (SaaS) or enterprise solution
   management.
   - Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
   - Experience managing multiple projects - prioritization, planning, and
   task delegation

*Job Requirements:*

   - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare
   Administration, or related field
   - 3 years of experience working with products/solutions in an Agile
   scrum environment
   - Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications

*Preferred Requirements:*

   - Agile Product Owner training or certification
   - Healthcare IT market experience preferably in Revenue Cycle
   - Creative thinker who thrives solving challenging problems
   - Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to
   understand complex business problems; strong bias towards data-based
   decision making
   - Technical fluency: ability to understand and discuss architectural
   concepts
   - Strong communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills,
   with a proven ability to work across functions and influence senior leaders
   - Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in
   creating innovative and user-friendly software applications and
   customer-facing features
   - Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
   - Nimbleness and comfort with ambiguity; ability to respond rapidly to
   evolving threats and opportunities
   - Demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into
   innovative and detailed product requirements
