[Hidden-tech] Droid phone storage issue

Hi, folks, my Moto X4 Android doesn't seem to be releasing space when I
delete. I removed more than 4000 photos (not an exaggeration) over the past
ten days, including 2000+ on one day--and it still tells me I'm almost out
of storage. I have restarted multiple times and also run a cleaner utility.

How do I get my space back?
