Hi Tom,

Just about a Bingo on https://www.covid19survivalcalculator.com/en/calculator. It seems to need the most recent stats, but it's close. Wish it noted chances of critical care, which is well worth knowing. But still, without checking it in detail, I think it meets the need well enough. Thanks much.

Adding some notes:

1) If all that is there are CSV files you don't have what you want--you need formulas/calculations in a spreadsheet.

2) About 4 or 5 months ago I did some google searching for "covid risk estimation" and this is what I saved in my notes (not sure if they are still up):
