[Hidden-tech] Acquisition Lawyer / Accountant

Hi All,
Sorry for yet another lawyer request, but I'm looking for someone local who
has experience with acquisitions. In this case, I'm looking to acquire
another business and want some help forming the deal and figuring it all
out.

Anyone have experience with someone local that they can share?
