I realized I should clarify how the problem presents itself: the client is able to access the login page, and enter their UN and PW. Then it "thinks about it for a while" and resets to the login page without actually logging in. They can log in from their laptop, and from other computers within the organization, but not their own computer. This is not my area of expertise, so I'm doing a bunch of research in order to help them (so far I've updated plugins and installed several patches on the back end, checked the allowed list, and am about to deactivate plugins to see if one of them is causing a problem - next up, deactivating the theme).. .but if anyone has ideas or immediately knows what the issue might be, I'm all ears! Thank you!!
