[Hidden-tech] Ways to reduce junk phone calls?

Make sure you're on the do not call list. The fines are rather serious for
any domestic commerical operation. Foreign spammers won't care but it's cut
my calls by 95-99%.

It doesn't take effect immediately so do it asap!
