I tried a couple of your advices (?) and it was Max Hartshorne’s that was the direct fit!

Even though I don’t use mail app, it was the settings in their that made chrome use outlook to share a site, via email.

it's in your mac settings ,not Chrome. I think your mac has a default printer i get this same thing when i hit email it tries to make me use gmail, because that's my default email.

First, launch the Mail client on your Mac (it's inside the Applications folder) and then go to Mail > Preferences. Click on the General tab and look for "Default email reader". Select another mail client or browser from the drop down menu and then close the Preferences window for your change to take effect.Jan 27, 2020

your default email needs to be set to Outlook, instead of the Comcast email.

Hello

There is a change in how Chrome responds, when I want to email myself a website – it used to open my outlook application, and all was well.

Now it goes to Comcast email, which I don’t want, and can’t figure out how to get it back to the way it was.

Comcast seems mystified by my question, and says it has nothing to do with them.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
