[Hidden-tech] Keeping track of my freelance hours?

I use program called Chrometa, it does automatic time tracking. I like it a
lot and their customer support has been great. Chrometa dot com  It also
integrates with quite a few other programs, including Quickbooks which I
use for billing purposes.  It's kind  of like "big brother watches you" but
it works very well for me.
