[Hidden-tech] Is there a tool that can extract part of a video

That's why video editors exist :)

But if you're up for it, and need it to be free, you can use Quicktime to
edit the "in and out points" of a video and export as individual segments.

I'd be glad to be of service if you find yourself frustrated and jumping
through too many hoops.
