Slight correction to Rich's post: Al NORMAN, not Al Norm. He has done
amazing work, a national movement that started in Greenfield. I've cited
him in some of my books and articles.

It sounds like Rich took a look at the code and it's only a few forms that
are in PHP4, as opposed to all the collected data and web pages. It might
be simpler to upgrade or replace those data collection forms and then host
the site where it is or wherever. Also, I have found that at least
Hostgator tech support will upgrade an old site to handle PHP5. They did
this for me recently, editing some specific lines of cold. It was quick,
painless, and didn't cost anything.
