[Hidden-tech] File recovery in the area?

Does anyone have any recommendations for storage / hard drive recovery
places in the area, that are open?

My laptop died a few weeks ago, and I'd like to recover the files on the
hard drive. Unfortunately my backup external is also not taking power and
is essentially unusable. I don't believe the drive is corrupted though.
