[Hidden-tech] Mac tech resource person

Asking for a friend (not kidding). Looking for an in-home, or local
business office, tech resource person (Mac) for some training,
trouble-shooting, and tech advice. Must have excellent communication skills
for working with "laypersons".  Amherst area.
