[Hidden-tech] Mac Help

Hi everyone! I’m glad to have something to contribute to this erudite group.

I may be the only one, but I have generally found it worthwhile to make the schlep to The Apple Store in Holyoke for repairs when necessary. (I live in Amherst.) They seem to have the resources to help with most issues, and even seem more merciful about cost - those corporate deep pockets.

Also, I just sent my laptop to Memphis for a new keyboard. It was back in two days. If you do that, be sure and back up fully. They erased the hard drive for doing the diagnosis they apparently automatically do.

Yes used to be really terrific, but they seem less enthusiastic lately. I wonder if they changed ownership.

Good luck!
Alan
