[Hidden-tech] Recover data from unresponsive cell phone

Hi all,
(First time/long time)

I have a Samsung S7 and it stopped turning on (after crashing for weeks).
While I managed to back up most of the data before that, there are still
some audio files on it I would like to retrieve. Is there anyone in the
area, or any mail-away vendor that you would recommend I employ for this
purpose?
