[Hidden-tech] contract coding posting -- web app development

Hello Valley techs,

I am looking for some web app development help to modify an existing web app that is close but buggy.  Skills required include strong experience in: Angular Material, NodeJS, Heroku, Postgress, json, Javascript (Bonus: python skill; Double bonus, some machine learning chops).

10-40 hours of work expected, or 4-10 per week for 3-4 weeks.  Could turn into much more work if the alpha version succeeds and we move to the next phase.  Send resume and references I can contact. Give me an idea of your rates. 

Subject matter is related to the assessment of "wisdom skills" and "worldview complexity."
