[Hidden-tech] Gaia Host has gone AWOL; any advice?

In January, my clients were able to get ahold of Charles and wrest control of their domain names. We had been trying for almost a year. You want to request for him to “unlock the domain and send you the transfer authorization code.” At any respectable registrar, you can do this yourself, but Gaia was Doing It Wrong.
