[Hidden-tech] Have you considered starting a new coworking space?

I'm glad people are discussing coworking visions.
Yes, Ira, we are thinking of the same space. It has cubicles in there now
for some sound proofing if people chose to keep that. And each cubicle room
is small-ish. Plus there is a 3-room suite that might be available, and a
large meeting space and kitchen. All on one floor.

For me the phone issue has always been the problem with joining coworking.
