[Hidden-tech] Information on Gaia Host - Has anyone taken them to court?

Dear Zach,

Thank you for getting back to me!  Have any of your clients had success
with this and would I be able to communicate with them? As it says they
want to be your host, and my experience with them as I mentioned before,
did not inspire confidence.  As soon as I let them know what I wanted to
do, they  closed the ticket and sent me back to Gaiahost. Not my choice.
