[Hidden-tech] Information on Gaia Host - Has anyone taken them to court?

My clients on Gaia Host recently received notices about migration to
BeCooperative as follows. I would suggest using this more or less automated
migration process as an interim fix, then migrate to a different host if
needed.

In arrangement with BeCooperative and because your account is current with
a pre-paid plan: your Gaia Host account will be serviced by BeCooperative
through the end of your pre-paid service term with Gaia Host. Please take
action to get yourself into the move queue as soon as possible. If you have
questions, just reply to this ticket.

Please take action: Order the Managed Move From Gaia Host to begin the
transition to BeCooperative: https://be.coop/account/cart.php

When your registration is confirmed we will start the move of services from
Gaia Host which will flow like this:

1) We will add all Hosting Service(s) and Domain Registration(s) to your
BeCooperative account with relevant paid thru dates carried over from Gaia
Host.

2) We will send you an update through support ticket/email for you to
confirm all the services listed in your BeCooperative account are correct

3) We will conduct a technical migration of services from Gaia Host to
BeCooperative with minimal to no downtime.
