Mea Culpa, I felt this was an interesting newsletter to share to the HT 
group.
Specifically since it included images without them being in the email, 
Thanks to T-7

Note:
We have always allowed members (esp, long term ones) to occasionally 
update the group as to their efforts.

1) any such postings are out of line
2) occasional postings, both to the list and from different groups are
