Thank you for your thoughts and advice. @DM Cook believe it or not, she’s not capable of managing the downloads - they compress and then have to be extracted, and where are they, etc. @ Leslie - yup a cord might work @Noah - I think that the Google Photos would be manageable - but I’m not sure how that works on her iPhone. @ David - Dropbox is a good idea but then she doesn’t get the goodies of the database that the app on the phone has. So - I think I’ve convinced her to get an iPad where she’ll be better able to edit etc and will stay in the Apple ecosystem. She ONLY wants the Envy for managing photos (sigh) and an occasional word doc. As she said, “Honestly I do everything on my iPhone.” So now, what’s the best way to sell the Envy to someone who knows how to use it?
