I'm new to VOIP but so far entirely happy with the service I'm getting from callcentric.com for my business line, recommended to me by a friend who happens to be a telecom technical consultant. I've only got a single phone number with them, and an unlimited USA/Canada plan for $20/mo plus $5/mo for incoming, plus a ~$50 ATA/router. I know I could add additional lines, although I don't know enough to say that they are a good choice for a larger enterprise -- I'd suggest you take at least a look and see whether it looks worth inquiring. We are moving to Spain (hence the transfer of our landlines to VOIP) and out of interest/comparison moved our residential line to a different provider, Ooma, who also appear to support larger business needs. They have a very different business model, at least for the residential service: pay $100 up front for the device and the service is taxes-only (~$5/mo) "forever"... we'll see how long "forever" lasts. Again, totally happy with the quality and service so far. Maybe neither of these suits your needs but thought it worth passing along. Now we've got a plane to catch!
