No, it did not lapse. A business associate at the time who had access to everything (emails, PINs, etc.) changed everything over to herself without his approval.

I’ve been on the phone with Google fraud, crawled all over ICANN and Whois…BUT I do not have a $99 membership to the section you linked…anyone want to help who is a member?
