It depends on whether you want to purchase the shirts in bulk or to have 
them drop shipped to customers from the printer.

For the latter, https://printful.com and https://printify.com are 
platforms that integrate seamlessly with e-commerce platforms such as 
WooCommerce and etsy, both have a number of companies that they work 
with and both are good in my experience. They will generate images of 
the final product based on your uploaded images so you can see how they 
will look, and for your shopping cart. Printify went way out of their 
way to fix an order that was misprinting.
