[Hidden-tech] printer advice

The only bad thing I have to say about the printer I bought is that the
LED panel is tiny and not back-lit, so viewing is very difficult,
especially if you put the printer in a corner with low light. Keep a
flashlight handy.
/I purchased a Brother MFC - L2700DW a few years ago, a b/w laserjet
printer that scans, faxes, etc. Wireless enabled, I frequently print
from my laptop and even phone over wifi. It allows you to scan to a
connected computer, or over wifi. Simple to maintain, prints 30 pages
per minute, and toner is cheaper than deskjet ink cartridges, by far.
Depending on how much you print, a single toner cartridge could last
years, and the ink will not run if water drops on the paper. Also prints
duplex (both sides).

Staples has them for $150, with a starter toner cart included./
