[Hidden-tech] How to remain connected when traveling to Europe

I currently have Google Fi, which is 20 cents a minute for phone calls over
phone lines in about 135 countries, no-cost texting, and of course, no-cost
calling over wifi via WhatsApp or its competitors. In the past, I had good
international via T-Mobile. Only a few select phones will work over Google
Fi, but I've been relatively happy with it.
