Thank you, everyone, for your time and energy in answering my question.
I'll look into the process and see what can happen.

Charlie, the problem includes the fact that the only board member at the
org refused to deal with any grievances, even though the grievances were
brought as per outlined in writing by the org itself. Also, there are no
other board members, and haven't been for a while, which is part of the
concern. The other board members over the years have left, as have most
volunteers. There is a systemic problem that needs to be addressed here,
and perhaps the 501c3 status relinquished.
