Rich, I apologize, I knew that large files were a problem, but I forgot that ANY attachment was a problem. At 80KB, folks with dialup would still have a problem? Do these guidelines need a review? Alternatively, I don't have a place to put such a file in order to provide a link. Suggestions? In any case, yes, I lived in Worthington for a winter about ten years ago, and yes, I still remember the slow speed. But no, I didn't pay per KB and I had no idea that was an option.
