I've had one for quite a while. I love it.
I have done 35 and 120 slide/negative scanning with it, works well.

But I use a PC.

After using mine, a neighbor (an artist) bought one for himself.. and he 
uses a Mac. I don't know what he had to go through to get it working, 
but it is working.

You're welcome to play with mine a bit if you'd like.
